With Omar Ojeda- Omar is a published author, International Coach for the USA and the Dominican Republic, and a 15x National Champion for Mexico. Omar has conducted multiple clinics through PanAM Aquatics for coaches and athletes around the world.

Two Sessions:

Dec. 29 - 30 Jan. 2 - 3

Registration size is limited to 10 athletes for a more personalized coaching experience.

The fee is $100 per 2 day session

The Clinic will include 1 1/2 hours of gym and spotting belt training each day followed by a lunch break then 1 1/2 hours of implementation at the pool.

10:00 - 11:30 - Dive RVA Gym 11:30 - 1:00 - Lunch on your own 1:00 - 2:30 - Pool - St. Catherine’s School
